IBC Hong Kong, in Wong Chuk Hang, is hiring a Children Ministry Coordinator to oversee all aspects of discipleship of children from birth through eleven years old. Bringing positive energy and love rooted in the Word of God, the individual is to serve both as a leader to manage the ministry and the volunteers, and to be a supportive team player with the Children Ministry core team as well as the other church staff and ministries. This is a full time position reporting to the Senior Pastor, averaging 40 hours a week - including Sunday half day and four weekdays, and other non-standard hours’ meetings or remote work.

The primary duty of the Children Ministry Coordinator is to build meaningful relationships with children and parents that cultivate relationships with Jesus Christ. This individual will envision, plan, and advocate for children in our church and community, particularly in areas of discipleship. This individual seeks to nurture the children’s faith into a lifelong journey of following and serving God.
